To be truthful there is not much to go on here. Fred is hard to pin down. He does have a social security card. Well, actually several. But as far as GPS goes he stays out of sight.
As a pirate and war profiteer no one really knows where he lives.

However, people in the know observe he’s quite the ladies’ man, in the same vein as James Bond. But as I said no one knows where he lives.

He has a lot to say but rarely speaks. He fights on in the dead of the night.
